## Description

Cooperativa Sociale Trieste Integrazione a marchio Anffas is a social cooperative based in Trieste, Italy, working to promote the rights, dignity and equal participation of people with disabilities. Its mission reflects the principles of protecting and ensuring the full enjoyment of human rights and fundamental freedoms. The cooperative has managed services for Anffas in the Trieste area since 1 April 2005, building on the association’s history, which began in 1958.

Its work includes socio-educational centres and vocational training, supported living initiatives under the “Dopo di Noi” project, and an SAI reception and information service. The centres also offer activities, summer programmes, meals, transport and health services. The cooperative supports inclusive community life through projects such as Bazinga Baskin, a basketball activity, and shares updates through its magazine, L’Indiano. It also undertakes projects and collaborates with partners, including initiatives supported by funds from the Waldensian Church’s Otto per Mille programme. Through these services and activities, Trieste Integrazione supports people with disabilities and their families in the local community.
