## Description

Team Trondheim BJJ is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and grappling club based in Trondheim, Norway. Founded in 2002, it has grown into one of the country’s largest BJJ clubs, with more than 300 members, 15 instructors and around 20 weekly classes. The club welcomes children, teenagers and adults, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners, and emphasizes an inclusive team culture where members support one another’s development.

Its training program includes Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in both Gi and No-Gi formats, submission wrestling, competition-focused classes and Mixed Martial Arts. Specialist options include classes for children and youth aged 6–15, women, and adults aged 40 and over, as well as open mat sessions for members. MMA training covers striking, clinching, takedowns and ground control, with sparring opportunities. Classes take place on a regular weekly schedule at the club’s Trondheim location. Prospective members can attend a free trial session without commitment, and the club offers membership options for adults, students and children, along with a family discount.
