UMARO Foods conducts its protein product development in California's San Francisco Bay Area while partnering with the University of New Hampshire and Otherlab to advance seaweed farming in the Gulf of Maine. They believe that technology will pave the way for seaweed to become the world's most productive and planet-friendly source of protein.
