## Description

The Trottier Family Foundation is a philanthropic organization established to create meaningful impact and improve the lives of Canadians. It supports projects that advance innovative scientific discovery, mitigate climate change, protect the environment, enhance education, improve patient care and health care, and assist selected community and international initiatives. Its programs span science, climate, education, environment, health, and community and international work, bringing together a range of grantmaking priorities under one foundation.

Rather than offering commercial products or services, the Foundation provides philanthropic support through grants and invites organizations to explore its funding application process and frequently asked questions. Its website shares information about grant awards from 2018 through 2025, along with the Foundation’s investment strategy and climate finance leadership. It also publishes news and updates about its activities and provides information about its team, mission, and approach. Based in Montréal, Québec, the Foundation acknowledges that its office is on unceded Indigenous lands, the traditional territory of the Kanien’kehá:ka nation, also known as Tiohtià:ke.
