## Description

Trove is a tax-management app built for independent contractors and others earning 1099 income. It helps users identify potential business deductions in their everyday spending and stay on track with quarterly estimated tax payments. By reviewing connected bank and card transactions against a user’s line of work, Trove finds possible write-offs, organizes them into IRS categories, and learns from corrections. Users can also review and resolve transactions the app is unsure about.

For quarterly taxes, Trove estimates payments based on actual income and deductions, updates estimates as finances change, and sends reminders before deadlines. A CPA reviews each payment, but no money is transferred until the user approves it. Trove connects to accounts through Plaid using read-only access and says it never sees bank login credentials, sells user data, or uses it for targeted advertising. Users can delete their account and records through Settings. The app is available on the App Store.
