## Description

Presence Golf is a transformational coaching brand founded by Troy Ismir, offering golfers a path to self-mastery through the game. Rather than focusing on swing mechanics, its approach explores how golfers respond to pressure, fear, frustration, success, and failure, helping them cultivate greater freedom, purpose, and presence on and off the course.

The program draws on ancient wisdom, modern psychology, Qi Gong, and principles of presence. Its three pillars are stillness, awareness, and surrender, practices intended to quiet mental noise, reduce the need to control outcomes, and support play rooted in trust rather than fear. Presence Golf is designed for golfers seeking to move beyond overthinking, tension, and performance anxiety, as well as those looking for personal growth and meaning through the game.

Troy offers one-on-one coaching in 90-minute sessions, combining 30 minutes of Qi Gong with 60 minutes of transformational coaching. Monthly options include two or four sessions, with flexible cancellation.
