## Description

Aditi Gupta is the founder of a transformative initiative focused on breaking the taboo surrounding menstruation, particularly in India where a significant number of young girls face confusion and shame about their first period. Understanding the psychological damage inflicted by restrictive customs, Gupta aims to empower girls, parents, and educators to engage in open and shame-free conversations about menstruation. Her efforts are part of a larger movement that seeks to educate and enlighten communities, making knowledge accessible and normalizing discussions around menstruation. The initiative includes a variety of resources such as workshops, educational talks, and comprehensive informational materials designed to provide support and understanding. By encouraging dialogue and providing accurate information, Gupta's work fosters a culture of acceptance and empowerment for young women. Her mission not only addresses a critical gap in education but also promotes mental well-being, enabling future generations to approach menstruation with confidence and comfort.
