## Description

Truda Foods is a South African food company focused on making enjoyable, quality snacks and everyday food products. Its range includes maize snacks and pretzels, alongside porridge, soya mince and beans. Its offerings include MyLife Original Flavour Instant Porridge, prepared by adding hot water; Velento Soya Mince, promoted for its meaty taste; and Sugarbird Red Speckled Beans, described as premium beans with nutritional benefits. Truda also offers a variety of snack brands and flavours, with an emphasis on having familiar favourites available when customers want them.
