However, their mission soon expanded to foment talent and support determined individuals who want to compete in esports. True Neutral specializes in team building, leadership, and the development of soft skills. Alongside their technological assistance, economic support, and focus on sustainability, their training and support system has been infallible. They firmly believe that the future of esports lies in education, rather than the current standard of vampiric media thirst. Since its founding in 2020, True Neutral has achieved notable success. Their Rocket League roster won the RLCSX, they formed a League of Legends team to compete in the Argentine national circuit, and they ventured into CS:GO, FreeFire, SIM Racing, and MMA. Moving forward, True Neutral is focused on their player development Academy, having already graduated four players and benefiting numerous others in their community.
