## Description

True North People Consulting provides fractional human resources support to small businesses, helping owners manage people-related needs while staying focused on their core work. Founded by Tara Bodine, the Massachusetts-based consultancy serves clients across all 50 states and works with businesses employing 1 to 50 people. Its services include on-demand HR guidance, ongoing support, full-service HR solutions, business owner coaching, and custom people strategies, offered through flexible monthly subscriptions or project-based rates.

The firm helps businesses address employee onboarding, performance management, employee relations, workplace policies, team alignment, retention, and challenging staffing conversations. With more than 20 years of HR experience available to clients, True North People Consulting aims to make practical, tailored support accessible without the expense of a full-time HR team. Its approach emphasizes compassionate leadership, authentic team connection, and organizational structures that build on each business’s strengths.
