True Stone Coffee Roasters is an independent, specialty coffee brand based in St. Paul, MN. Founded in 2003 by Bruce and Charlene Olson, True Stone started as a small cafe on Cleveland Ave and has since grown into a full-scale roasting facility and SCA-accredited training lab.

With our roots firmly planted in the Twin Cities, we are proud to be part of one of the richest communities of coffee purveyors worldwide, thanks to our sister city, Minneapolis. Our hand-selected, in-season green coffee beans are roasted in small batches of 60 lbs or less using Cropster's advanced roasting software.
