## Description

Trutee provides modern golf course management software that brings tee-time booking, tee-sheet operations, payments, and sales together in one platform. Designed for golf courses seeking an alternative to legacy systems, it offers a mobile-first booking experience that helps golfers find available times and complete reservations with secure checkout. Unified player profiles let golfers use a single account across courses, while real-time tee-sheet visibility helps staff manage bookings as they change.

The platform includes native waitlists that automatically alert golfers when canceled or modified tee times become available, helping courses fill open slots without manual call lists. Trutee Pay supports transactions across tee times, pro shops, food and beverage, and memberships through a unified checkout. Payment options include cash, digital wallets, credit and gift cards, and split tender, with full or partial refunds available.

Additional tools include point of sale, inventory, gift cards, marketing, customer management, reporting, and course rotation features.
