## Description

Try It – Like It – Create It is a creative lifestyle blog founded by Janet Van Lone Trieschman, a former college graphic design professor who started the site as an outlet for her creativity. Its guiding idea is to try new things, discover what you enjoy, make something, and share the experience. The blog covers crafting, products, travel, and recipes, with tutorials, reviews, ideas, and inspiration for readers who enjoy creative projects.

Crafting content includes paper crafts, printables, vintage labels, SVG designs, embossing and stamping techniques, art materials, and seasonal projects. Many resources, such as themed ephemera and clip art, are offered free for personal use. The site also hosts regular Create-it Link Parties, inviting readers to share their own work and connect with other creators. Janet contributes to design teams and creates content for craft-related brands, including Buttons Galore & More, Designer Crafts Connection, Etchall, and Gwen Studios. Visitors can browse recommended products and shop, while affiliate links and sponsored or complimentary-product posts help support the site.
