## Description

Term Structure is a DeFi protocol offering innovative solutions to the challenges faced within the decentralized finance space. The protocol aims to establish a term structure of interest rates as a fundamental infrastructure, while also providing full hedging instruments to both DeFi users and TradFi institutions. 

The Fixed Income Protocol offers multiple batch auctions a day to match standardized borrowing and lending orders, with most tokens with sufficient liquidity serving as collateral. The protocol also features a secondary market for orderbook exchange, allowing users to trade fixed-income tokens for hedging and risk-taking. Additionally, a repo market offers collateralized loans with fixed-income tokens, with a foreclosure auction protecting borrowers' valuable fixed-income tokens from a fire sale.

What sets Term Structure apart is its non-custodial nature, peer-to-peer model, and user-friendly approach. Thanks to zkTrue-up, a custom-built ZK-rollup based on zk-SNARKs, users always control their assets, and the protocol adopts a peer-to-peer model rather than peer-to-pool, providing users with a better trading experience.
