## Description

TS Boxing Club is a community-focused boxing and fitness gym in Burwood, Sydney, welcoming beginners and experienced athletes alike. Its supportive, respectful environment helps members build boxing skills, strength, fitness and confidence, whether they train for recreation or aspire to compete. No previous experience is required, and gloves and basic equipment are provided for a first class.

The club offers group boxing and kickboxing classes for adults, with sessions for basic, intermediate and advanced levels. Children aged 5–9 and teenagers aged 10–15 can join age-appropriate boxing classes, while sparring is optional. Members can also take part in specialty sessions such as calisthenics, weightlifting and salsa, as well as seasonal outdoor training. Personal training and one-on-one padwork are available for more individual coaching.

Membership options range from one class per week to unlimited training, with gym access included and selected plans offering sparring or personal padwork. TS Boxing Club’s approach draws on Chinese martial arts, Cuban boxing and Argentine fighting spirit, combining technique, movement and pressure in a welcoming training community.
