## Description

TT Genesis is a premium residential development in Phuoc Kien, Nha Be, Ho Chi Minh City, on Dao Su Tich Street. Developed by a joint venture led by TT Capital with Vietnamese, Japanese and Singaporean partners, the project spans approximately 1.9 hectares and comprises two 30-storey towers, The LUCIS and The MARIS, with two basement levels. Its homes include studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, alongside a limited collection of duplexes, garden apartments and penthouses. The site has three sides facing the Phuoc Kien River, with more than 8,000 square metres allocated to outdoor landscaping and amenities and around 2,800 square metres to indoor facilities. Planned features include a mineral swimming pool, an ecological park, fitness and yoga facilities, and an outdoor cinema. The Dao Su Tich location connects residents with Phu My Hung and other areas of southern Ho Chi Minh City. The project’s information and sales website, operated by Loc Phat Hung, provides updates on availability, pricing, floor plans, location, construction progress and legal documentation.
