## Description

TTM Ingredients is an innovative spin-off from Wageningen University, established in 2019, that is dedicated to enhancing plant-based food products. With a strong foundation in food engineering and molecular science, the company aims to create truly delectable plant-based offerings. Their flagship product, Oleocreamᵀᵀᴹ, exemplifies this mission, providing a diary cream alternative that mimics the rich texture and taste of traditional cream while offering a lower environmental impact.

Recognized with the prestigious Fi Europe Innovation Award for its category in Dairy Alternative Ingredients, Oleocreamᵀᵀᴹ uses natural oleosomes—oil-water structures found in plants—to achieve a stable and indulgent creaminess without artificial additives. TTM Ingredients specializes in developing a range of products including cream cheese, ice cream, fruit juices, and sauces, all designed for industrial food manufacturers with a production capacity of 1,000 metric tons annually. Through their commitment to sustainability and quality, TTM Ingredients is paving the way for the next generation of creamy and sustainable food solutions.
