Established at 482 The Queensway West, the brewery is known for its commitment to quality, brewing to the highest calibre. With a selection of 14 taps, Turkey Shoot offers a variety of mainstay, rotating, and small batch beers, all crafted using 100% Ontario hops. Noteworthy selections include their award-winning German-Style Sour Ale, Peach Gobbler, which won a Silver Medal at the 2024 Canadian Brewing Awards. 

Visitors can enjoy the brewery's dog-friendly taproom and bottle shop atmosphere, with the option to bring in their own food. Turkey Shoot Brewing Co. also sells their Lake Simcoe Lagered Ale in cans at the brewery and select LCBO stores, perfect for a relaxing day on the lake.
