## Description

Turosi Food Solutions Group is an Australian food business whose story brings together the histories of OSI Foods and Turi Foods. OSI Foods began as Otto & Sons, a butcher shop founded by Otto Kolschowsky in Chicago in 1909, while Turi Foods grew from founder Sam Cuteri’s early work in chicken processing after he emigrated from Italy to Australia in 1967. The group’s guiding commitment is “Bringing excellence to the table,” with a focus on quality food and care for people and animals.

Turosi’s portfolio includes Bannockburn, La Ionica and Golden Farms, alongside Prepared Food Solutions. Its website highlights food services and capabilities, and describes a network of farmers dedicated to bird welfare, which it identifies as a highest priority. The group also emphasises community involvement through Turosi Giving, supporting people in need, particularly children affected by sickness, poverty, disability or other misfortune. With a focus on its people, farmers, brands and commitments, Turosi presents itself as a food solutions group grounded in quality, animal care and community support.
