## Description

Turtle Totz Swim School provides swimming lessons for babies, children, teenagers and adults, with a focus on water safety, confidence and steady skill development. Its classes take place in an enclosed, heated pool and are led by qualified swimming instructors. Small classes, limited to two children, support individual attention, while each swimmer is encouraged to progress at their own pace. Transport is also available for swimmers from selected nursery schools.

The baby programme is for ages 6 to 21 months and uses songs and swimming activities to help babies become relaxed in the water. It is not a drown-proofing programme, and a parent or guardian participates in the water. Toddler and beginner lessons build water awareness and basic swimming skills before introducing strokes. Adult classes cover fundamentals, safety and, as swimmers progress, all four strokes; instruction can be tailored to recreational swimming or training goals. Stroke development lessons teach the four strokes and prepare swimmers to progress to coaching classes and take part in galas.
