Steenbergen, known as TVS Tennis & Padel, is a sports club in Steenbergen, the Netherlands, dedicated to helping people enjoy tennis and padel in a welcoming, community-minded setting. Founded in 1972, the association has grown from 45 tennis enthusiasts to around 850 members. Its park on Wipstraat features six clay tennis courts and six padel courts, all equipped with modern LED lighting. Courts are available to members for much of the year, with play generally paused only during snow or severe frost. TVS offers opportunities to participate at both competitive and recreational levels, including leagues, tournaments, club events and social play. Members can book courts and use the TVS Clubapp, the club’s central platform. Tennis and padel lessons are available in collaboration with Van den Berg Training, and the club provides information about memberships, costs and activities for new members and young players. The welcoming clubhouse café, known as Baan Zeven, opens when conditions and demand allow.
