# TWGPP - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `twgpp.org` ## Description The War Graves Photographic Project (TWGPP) is a volunteer-led initiative dedicated to documenting and commemorating military graves and memorials. Its original goal was to photograph every war grave, individual memorial, Ministry of Defence grave, and family memorial of serving military personnel from the First World War onward. The project has since expanded to include all nationalities and military conflicts, creating a searchable online database with more than 1.9 million photographs. The database helps relatives, scholars, and researchers find images of graves and memorials, including those located far from home or difficult to visit. Visitors can search by name and refine results using advanced search options. The project also offers an online image gallery and welcomes questions from people who cannot find the information they need. TWGPP was previously a joint venture with the Commonwealth War Graves Commission and worked with Commonwealth agencies, including organizations in Australia, Canada, and New Zealand, to support photographic requests. ## Industries - 🎸 Hobbies and Leisure - 🎸 Ancestry and Genealogy _(under Hobbies and Leisure)_ - 🎗 Community and Society ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/twgpp) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idwDcjZ4Qg/w/266/h/45/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793750033388) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idwDcjZ4Qg/w/414/h/415/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793750033514) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Silver Chalice | #ababab | accent | | Ebony Clay | #232d43 | dark | | Seagull | #6cb2e5 | light | ## Fonts - Roboto Condensed — asset _(google)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
