## Description

Forma provides flexible employee benefits software designed to help organizations offer competitive, inclusive benefits while managing costs and administrative work. Its platform lets employers customize spending accounts, eligibility, funding rules, and program guidelines to fit their workforce. Options include Lifestyle Spending Accounts (LSAs), pre-tax accounts such as HSAs and FSAs, Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs), and rewards and recognition programs.

Employees can choose benefits that suit their needs and pay through the Forma Store, use the Forma Visa Card, or submit claims for reimbursement. The platform also supports claims administration, member support, vendor relationships, compliance, security, analytics, and budget reporting. Forma offers programs across areas such as well-being, education, family formation, caregiving, professional development, home office and connectivity, medical travel, commuting, and weight management.

Designed for employers, benefits teams, brokers, and employees, Forma aims to simplify benefits management while giving individuals more choice. The company also publishes research and benchmark reports, provides case studies and educational resources, and offers support for members and sales inquiries.
