## Description

Twinkle Co., Ltd. is a talent and modeling agency based in Hachinohe, Aomori Prefecture. The company describes itself as the only citizen-participation-style model agency in the North Tohoku region, bringing local people into creative and performance work. Its members work across a range of fields, including modeling, talent activities, event hosting and MC work, and artistic pursuits. The agency’s featured acts include pacchi, Hacchan, and comedian Yazawa Shokichi, alongside newer members introduced on its website. Pacchi and Hacchan are presented as official idols of the Tatehana Wharf Morning Market, and the site shares updates about their live performances and appearances. Twinkle also publishes activity reports, including community-facing support roles connected with the Aomori Provincial Cooperation Office of the Japan Self-Defense Forces and Hachinohe Police. The company invites aspiring models, actors and actresses, talents, and musicians to audition. Applicants first undergo document screening, followed by a practical assessment and interview; successful candidates may enter an exclusive contract.
