## Description

The Texas Nursing Home Coalition (TNHC) is a provider-led organization representing Texas long-term and post-acute care providers. It brings nursing home providers together as a unified voice to advance advocacy, quality care, provider sustainability, and practical policy solutions. TNHC represents members before lawmakers, government agencies, and business leaders, focusing on issues that affect care delivery, funding, regulation, and quality improvement.

The coalition supports providers with timely policy updates, legislative news, issue-specific resources, and educational opportunities. Its membership gives nursing home providers a stronger voice in state and federal advocacy and opportunities to participate in shaping the coalition’s priorities. TNHC also connects the skilled nursing community through its annual Convention & Expo, which highlights collaboration, innovation, and excellence in long-term care.

In addition to serving provider members, TNHC engages affiliate members and preferred coalition vendors. Through advocacy, information, education, and member engagement, the organization works to strengthen Texas long-term care and support better outcomes for residents and providers.
