Tylogram Solver is a companion website for Tylogram, a hybrid sliding word puzzle described as a challenging game. Created by William Shunn, the solver helps players analyze puzzles and use hints to meet or beat the game’s house score, with the goal of earning the rank of Wordsmith Supreme. Players can enter a set of eight unique letters and run a solve, optionally marking one required letter in uppercase. The tool also accepts longer entries if they contain exactly eight unique letters, and ignores spaces and other non-alphabetic characters. For players working on the current puzzle, the site offers “latest” hints, while “greatest” provides guidance toward a comprehensive solution. Adjustable options let users tailor the assistance, including hiding letter distributions or the solution, showing a two-letter tally or expanded matches, and disabling word links.
