Type LAB is a community for the parenting generation based in Edogawa Ward, Tokyo. As an NPO, Type LAB aims to provide a space for learning and experiences, rooted in the psychological theory of "typing," to understand the essential personality of oneself and others and create a healthy family environment and relationships. We believe that it is crucial for mothers, who are actively engaged in childcare, household chores, and work, to have a mentally relaxed and enjoyable daily life, not only for their families but also for the local community. Type LAB supports mothers in achieving self-understanding through the use of typing theory and deepening their understanding of their children and partners. Building harmonious relationships requires understanding and accepting the differences in how individuals perceive and interpret things. This necessitates deep self-understanding as a prerequisite. Type LAB divides the path to self-understanding and self-acceptance into three steps. Let's introduce the learning and experiences available in each step. Join Type LAB and embark on a "journey of the mind" to reflect on yourself and discover your true self.
