The Young People's Project is a brand dedicated to empowering young individuals and improving their academic outcomes. Through their Math Literacy Worker (MLW) program, high school and college students are trained to teach math to elementary students in afterschool programs and summer camps. By doing so, the MLWs not only enhance the academic performance of the younger students but also inspire them to pursue a path to success, including a college education.
