Its training space is designed to offer an inclusive, motivating environment, with a focus on physical and mental development. TYR Boxing provides group boxing classes, personal coaching, workshops and membership options, including a 12-week subscription that lets members choose their preferred sessions and training days. Beginners can join the “Start with Boxing” course, while Neuro Boxing sessions are designed for people with Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis or acquired brain injury, combining boxing techniques with balance, coordination and rhythm exercises. The school also offers a six-week boxing challenge and a 28-day Back on Track program. For companies and groups, TYR Boxing runs workshops focused on teamwork, discipline, strategy and perseverance, either at its Rotterdam premises or at the client’s location. ## Industries - 🏈 Sports - 🏈 Boxing _(under Sports)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/TYRBOXING) - [instagram](https://instagram.com/tyrboxing) - [youtube](https://youtube.com/channel/UCGQN1oxXLMGNPejlzLmOlpg) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — SVG, PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idNnQpyl0p/theme/dark/logo.svg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792043381360) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idNnQpyl0p/w/175/h/175/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792043381441) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Japanese Laurel | #03aa03 | accent | | Persian Red | #cf2e2e | dark | | Di Serria | #d89f59 | light | ## Fonts - serif — asset _(custom)_ - Open Sans — asset _(google)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
