## Description

Tyrnaviavelo Velo Veterán Klub is a club for people who share an interest in historic bicycles and cycling heritage. Its members focus especially on “veloveterans”: bicycles manufactured up to and including 1945. The club welcomes enthusiasts of both historic and modern cycling, and invites people who discover an old bicycle in an attic, shed, or elsewhere to get in touch if they are unsure what to do with it.

Through its website, Tyrnaviavelo shares club news, information about membership and annual fees, meeting details, and reports from events and rides. Its activities include “slow cycling” and participation in gatherings across Slovakia and beyond. Visitors can also explore material on the history of cycling, historical bicycles and collections, regional cycling heritage, and the club’s media coverage, including articles, radio, television, and books. The site features a gallery, links to friends and useful resources, and information about supporting the club through tax donations. Tyrnaviavelo brings together people who value the preservation, history, and enjoyment of vintage bicycles.
