U-Tena Youth Organization is a Kenyan NGO established in 2006 by youth leaders in Nairobi's Mukuru Slums. Our belief in the transformative power of arts led us to engage young people as change-makers through various programs. Since expanding county-wide in 2007, we've impacted lives by integrating performing arts into underserved communities. For over 13 years, we've empowered youth through education, mentorship, and partnerships with schools and organizations.
