## Description

The Stichting voor Vluchteling-Studenten UAF is dedicated to supporting refugee students and professionals in their integration into the Dutch labor market. Established in 1948, the UAF has been guiding and nurturing talent for over 75 years. The organization provides essential resources, including education and career advice, financial support, and mentorship opportunities, which are vital for refugees seeking to continue their studies or find suitable employment.

In 2024, the UAF assisted over 4,100 refugees, offering various programs and modules that launched nearly 1,800 into academic studies, with 231 graduating. They collaborate with educational institutions, businesses, and municipalities to create pathways for refugees to thrive in their new environments. UAF also encourages public involvement through donations and mentorship opportunities, emphasizing the dual benefit of enriching the community and utilizing refugee talents to address pressing labor shortages in the Netherlands. By joining efforts with UAF, stakeholders contribute to a more inclusive society that recognizes the potential of every individual.
