## Description

UB Personal Training, founded by Uwe Bistritschan, provides individual movement and health support in Darmstadt, Dieburg and the surrounding area. With more than 20 years of experience, the business works primarily with people with disabilities, older adults, residential care facilities and their support teams. Its approach puts the individual first: sessions are adapted to each person’s abilities, goals, physical condition and daily form, with an emphasis on safe, practical movement rather than performance.

Services include personal one-to-one support and tailored group activities, delivered on site and arranged to fit care routines. Sessions may address mobility, strength, stability, balance, coordination and confidence in everyday movement, using seated or standing exercises and aids where appropriate. Massage and TENS applications can complement movement support. UB Personal Training also offers services for private clients, including personal training, EMS training and online coaching, alongside lymphatic drainage, body analysis, children’s training and business health coaching. The business coordinates directly with care teams and offers families and legal representatives a consistent contact, transparent communication and optional progress updates. An initial consultation is free and non-binding.
