## Description

Universal Basic Income Catalyst System (UBICS) is a proposed global financial and social development program designed to complement the existing financial system. It aims to reduce extreme poverty, support employment and strengthen communities through a combination of income, essential services, investment and local government funding. Its four-part model proposes a monthly social dividend, funding for supplementary services, a citizen capital boost and support for sustainable local projects, using central bank digital currency capital and partnerships with commercial banks.

UBICS also outlines digital tools for currency distribution, identity verification, procurement, citizen engagement and cross-border trade. Its UBITRUST platform is intended to integrate technologies such as artificial intelligence, biometrics, blockchain and digital currency systems. For pilot delivery, Super Village combines housing, agriculture, water, clean energy, mobility, healthcare and tourism. The LIFE! M250 modular business units are designed to provide essential products and services while creating local jobs and career pathways. Overall, UBICS presents an ambitious framework for inclusive growth, improved access to services and locally adapted development.
