UCOBAC is a Non-Government Organization (NGO) in Uganda dedicated to promoting human rights and improving the welfare of women and children. Established in 1990 and registered in 1991, UCOBAC has been empowering individuals, families, and communities through community-based initiatives. Originally focused on supporting orphans and vulnerable children affected by civil war, HIV/AIDS, and other health factors, UCOBAC has evolved to implement holistic and sustainable programs. With over 100 grassroots women's organizations and groups as members, UCOBAC works collaboratively to achieve its mission of empowering and transforming communities.
