By offering free computer skills training, Uddami has bridged the gap for those who wouldn't have had access to such education otherwise. In addition to computer training, Uddami also provides Spoken English and Life Skills classes to equip students with essential skills for the job market. Under the leadership of Executive Director Harshamanji Nanda, Uddami has expanded its offerings to include basic bookkeeping, certified nursing assistant (CAN) training, home tailoring, and more.

The brand has also partnered with Her Future Coalition, a larger organization serving disadvantaged young people, to sustainably continue their mission. Although Uddami (US) is no longer accepting donations due to the dissolution process, supporters can still contribute to Uddami India Foundation directly through Her Future Coalition.
