Upper Des Moines Opportunity, Inc. (UDMO) is a community action agency (CAA) dedicated to helping individuals and families in Iowa overcome the effects of poverty. As one of 16 CAAs in the state and approximately 1,000 CAAs across the United States, UDMO offers a range of programs and services aimed at improving the lives of low-income people.
