## Description

Unité de Développement des Premiers Secours de la Creuse (UDPS 23) is a civil-protection association representing the Association Nationale des Premiers Secours in the Creuse department. Approved by France’s Ministry of the Interior, it provides training in first aid, fire safety, and workplace health and safety for the public and businesses.
