With a diverse membership of 8,000 across six counties in Washington state, they are dedicated to empowering individuals through respect, integrity, and dignity. As part of UFCW International, which represents 1.3 million workers in the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico, UFCW 367 has a strong support network.


The union negotiates and enforces contracts with employers to improve members' working conditions, wages, benefits, and retirement. They also protect workers' rights on the job and advocate for laws that benefit all workers and their families. By joining UFCW 367, members become part of a community of over 8,000 individuals who make a difference in the South Puget Sound region.
