## Description

UFO Watch is an online, public-record-style database of UFO sightings and abduction accounts, established in 1997. The site collects reports submitted by visitors and publishes them as received, preserving contributors’ original wording, spelling, and uncertainty rather than editing their accounts. Its archive contains 5,579 sighting reports and 208 abduction accounts, with recent submissions featured alongside links to browse the full collection.

Visitors can search the files, read reports, view related pictures and news, and explore sightings on a map through the sister site UFO Maps. UFO Watch also provides forms for submitting a sighting or abduction, inviting people to share what they experienced. For other website owners, it offers a free code box that displays recent UFO reports and allows their visitors to submit accounts. Additional sections cover the site’s history, contact information, privacy and cookies, and suggested links. UFO Watch presents itself as a place to document and explore visitor-reported experiences, while making clear that the published accounts are the contributors’ own claims.
