## Description

UIX is a digital platform from UIX Group designed to help residential complexes, homeowners’ associations (OSI), and property managers in Kazakhstan manage buildings through one mobile app. It brings together resident services and building operations, including smart intercom and barrier access, video surveillance, maintenance requests, resident forums, online voting and polls, building documents, service payments, analytics, and notifications from management organizations. Residents can also send feedback to their property manager or OSI, receive updates, view cameras, and monitor expenses.

Getting started involves signing an agreement, receiving access to a personal account, and installing the UIX app from the App Store or Google Play. Users sign in with an IIN or phone number. UIX offers a one-time connection option for buildings with existing equipment, as well as an all-in-one arrangement that can include equipment supply, installation, commissioning, and integration with the platform. Pricing for equipment and related work depends on the approved technical specification and estimate; subscription and support terms are agreed between the parties.
