# Ulprus Technologies - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `ulprus.com` - **Claimed:** yes - **Founded:** 2005 - **Employees:** 1+ - **Location:** Tokyo, Japan - **Company kind:** SELF OWNED ## Description Ulprus is a web development studio focused on building digital experiences that are genuinely tailored to the businesses behind them. Rather than relying on templates, bloated themes, or one-size-fits-all solutions, Ulprus takes a custom-first approach. Every project is built around the client's goals, workflows, audience, and technical requirements — from a carefully crafted marketing website to a full web application, e-commerce platform, booking system, or AI-powered tool. The studio works across WordPress and modern web technologies, choosing the right approach for each project. WordPress builds use Bricks Builder for flexibility and clean output, while custom applications can be built with technologies including Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Supabase, Neon, and Convex. AI is integrated where it provides genuine value, helping businesses create smarter workflows and features that traditional templates cannot provide. Performance, security, and reliability are central to the way Ulprus works. Websites and applications are designed with scalable architecture, optimized for speed, and deployed on modern infrastructure. Managed hosting, monitoring, backups, and ongoing support are also available, giving clients a long-term technical partner rather than simply a website that gets handed over at launch. Ulprus was founded by Luke Allen, a web designer and developer originally from Leeds, UK, who has called Tokyo home since 2013. The studio combines hands-on development expertise with thoughtful design and direct communication — clients work directly with the person building their project, without layers of account managers or unnecessary middlemen. From discovery and strategy through design, development, deployment, and ongoing support, Ulprus handles the process from start to finish. The goal is simple: build digital products that look great, work exceptionally well, and give businesses a solid foundation to grow from. ## Industries - 🖥 Computers Electronics and Technology - 🖥 Programming and Developer Software _(under Computers Electronics and Technology)_ ## Links - [github](https://github.com/Ulprus) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG, SVG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idLlzGl8pe/w/820/h/820/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1768707022683) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Cornflower Blue | #8b5cf6 | accent | | Black | #000000 | dark | | White | #ffffff | light | ## Fonts - Switzer — asset _(custom)_ - Lato — asset _(google)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
