## Description

UMCF, the new online home for UMCH Family Services and CHOICES, supports children and families across Ohio through compassionate, community-based services. The organization helps children, parents, and caregivers navigate challenges and find support tailored to their needs. Its services include treatment foster care, adoption, outpatient mental health care, intensive home-based treatment, independent living support, care coordination, and psychiatry.

UMCF also guides prospective foster and adoptive parents, while helping caregivers and referring professionals begin the referral process. Families can learn about available services, and community members can support the organization through donations. The website provides resources such as online bill payment, records requests, and information for prospective parents, including a form used to enter details into Ohio’s Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information System.

UMCF brings together the work of UMCH Family Services, based in Columbus, and CHOICES, based in Dayton. Through this alliance, the organization aims to strengthen care for youth and families throughout Ohio.
