## Description

Umia is an onchain operating stack designed to help founders launch and govern token-native ventures. Its platform brings together a legal wrapper, token mint, and treasury setup, enabling teams to establish a venture and raise capital from their communities. Founders can run public token auctions, with zkTLS proofs offering priority access to selected audiences, and choose between a curated launch reviewed by Umia and its Curation Committee or a permissionless, community-led application process.

After launch, Umia uses decision markets to involve token holders in major choices. Community members back proposed outcomes with capital, and the leading result can be executed, while routine operating budgets can be disbursed without a vote. The platform is built on Base; Umia reports that its first venture launched using its own stack. The site also highlights a treasury, token, and live decision markets, and says the project was built by Chainbound and audited by Certora. Umia provides documentation and a CLI for applicants, alongside community channels including Telegram, GitHub, and X.
