## Description

UMTRC, also known as the Upper Midwest Telehealth Resource Center, is a federally funded program led by the Indiana Rural Health Association (IRHA). They offer a comprehensive range of telehealth clinical and technical assistance services to the states of Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio. As a program funded by the IRHA, UMTRC aims to provide valuable resources to rural healthcare providers. They focus on areas such as reimbursement and the development of sustainable telehealth programs. While they offer assistance to the public, their priority is to provide technical assistance to Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) grantees in rural and underserved areas. There are two tiers of assistance available. Tier 1 allows clients to call or email UMTRC to learn more about their program and discuss the telehealth landscape. Tier 2 provides clients with up to 10 hours of free technical assistance per year. Additional assistance beyond Tier 2 can be inquired about, and clients can engage UMTRC for consultative services.
