## Description

UMY_VinylRecords is an independent, “different kind” of record shop in Kaarst, Germany, established in 2021. Run by owner Ulf, it offers a carefully selected range of second-hand records, including LPs, 12-inch maxi-singles and an extensive collection of 7-inch singles. Much of the stock is washed and checked, with many records described as being in very good condition; some are still sealed. Shoppers can explore rock, pop, classic and progressive rock, Krautrock, punk, new wave, metal, jazz, blues, funk and soul, as well as classical music, soundtracks, samplers and spoken-word recordings. The shop also carries vinyl bowls and tiered stands, alongside rarities and collectible albums. Customers can browse in the cellar shop, arrange a visit by appointment, or find selected records through Kleinanzeigen. Regular updates and special vinyl events are shared on social media. The shop opens on Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., with other visits available by arrangement. Orders of €75 or more qualify for free shipping.
