## Description

The Union of News Agencies of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (UNA) serves as a crucial platform for cooperation among national news agencies from its member states. Headquartered in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, UNA operates under the principles outlined in the Organization of Islamic Cooperation's charter. The union aims to enhance professional relationships, facilitate the exchange of expertise, and promote solidarity among member agencies.

UNA engages in the production and distribution of audiovisual content and reports, alongside organizing training programs to strengthen the capabilities of journalists within its network. The union plays an important role in advocating for shared interests on international platforms, addressing pressing issues facing the Islamic world, particularly the Palestine cause.
