## Description

UNA — Culinary Studio is a creative hospitality studio led by founder and chef Martin Milesi. Since 2014, it has developed culinary concepts ranging from a one-table dining experience in London’s St Pancras Clock Tower to immersive events that transform unexpected spaces into stages. The studio creates work for itself as well as for restaurants, hotels, brands and cultural partners, shaping each concept around the identity of a place, a brief or a particular occasion.

Its services include original concept creation, hotel and restaurant consulting, culinary happenings and creative direction. This work can involve developing food and beverage strategies, designing guest experiences, identifying revenue opportunities, creating culinary intellectual property and building distinctive hospitality brands and ventures. UNA’s approach combines creative thinking with operational and commercial considerations, while attending to elements such as lighting, sound, movement and atmosphere. Its portfolio includes commissioned concepts, performative dining experiences and projects in development. Some are designed as temporary events, while others are intended to become enduring businesses.
