Unafo is the professional union for supported housing, led by Bertrand Declemy, Chief Executive Officer of Aréli, and directed by Arnaud de Broca. They represent and support their members, structure the network, and professionalize the field. With values centered around solidarity and access to rights, Unafo and its members are dedicated to providing adapted and innovative solutions while advocating for supported housing with public authorities.

Supported housing encompasses various types of very social housing solutions, including social residences, family homes, accommodations for young workers, and migrant worker residences. These options offer social rental management, tailored support based on individual situations, and a range of services. Unafo boasts a strong network of 174 members who manage nearly 145,000 residential units across 87 metropolitan and overseas departments.

They also organize events, such as the Week of Supported Housing, where close to 700 individuals have participated. In addition, Unafo operates a training center that has already trained around 900 people. They also provide resources, publications, and a member directory to ensure continuous support for their members and promote collaboration within the supported housing sector
