## Description

UNCO presents a digital food and e-grocery ecosystem designed to connect farm products with customers through online shops and pre-orders. Its offering focuses on farm-fresh food, including products promoted as environmentally conscious and affordable, as well as fresh fish from Baltic Sea fishing boats. The platform invites users to open a shop in a few steps and describes its model as a way for people to share and sell food within their communities. It also highlights potential benefits of pre-ordering, such as helping reduce food waste and production costs by aligning supply with demand.

The broader UNCO ecosystem lists services and initiatives for retailers, producers, communities, bloggers and other participants, including farm-to-office, food retail, exchange, eco-points and educational tools. The website describes the concept as a crowd-economy approach that supports lean production and conscious consumption, and says the system has been developed across several countries. However, the site states that it is under development and operating in test mode, with no guarantees or services provided.
